All our candles are hand-poured and shipped from Brooklin, Ontario, Canada.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada.

How fast do you ship?

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (because we know you need your candles ASAP).
• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

• Flat rate: $15.00 across North America
• FREE local delivery within 20km of Brooklin, ON
• FREE shipping on orders over $80

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before submitting your order! If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—but stay tuned! We hope to expand our eco-friendly candles globally in the future.

What if my order is delayed?
We do our best to ship quickly, but unforeseen carrier delays (weather, holidays, or customs) may impact delivery times. Once it’s out of our hands, we can’t control carrier timelines, but we’ll always provide tracking updates.
